Fresh crabmeat combines with grated onion, Tabasco, a dash of Dijon, and other seasonings to make these wonderful mini crabcakes, sauteed until golden. Accompanied by a zesty cocktail sauce.
*Artichoke Beggar Purses
Artichoke hearts, Provolone cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes placed in phyllo pastry, drawn up like a small purse, and baked.
Cocktail Buffet
Tropical Fruit Display
A lavish display of fruits artfully displayed to include watermelon, oranges, and kiwi. Also included would be Pineapple Boats featuring chunks of pineapple, strawberries, and grapes lightly coated with vanilla-scented Mascarpone cheese and rolled in toasted macadamia nuts. The fruits are served with a Piña Colada dipping sauce.
Steamed Shrimp
Large, deveined shrimp are steamed with lemon, parsley, and peppercorn to offer a flavorful shrimp served chilled with our Best Ever Sauce and zesty Cocktail Sauce.

Bite-size pieces of chicken breast marinated in soy, sherry, and ginger; wrapped in a crunchy coating of sesame seeds and cashews; fried; served on a skewer; and served with duck sauce.

Medium rare beef tenderloin, sliced and placed on our freshly baked French bread with herb butter and a garnish of fresh parsley.

Cubed zucchini, mushrooms, red peppers, and carrot coins roasted on a skewer so that all of their wonderful flavors blend together.
Miniature Fresh Berry Shortcake
An old-fashioned shortcake biscuit is layered with sweetened, strawberries, blueberries or raspberries and topped with fresh whipped creme.
