Party Trays & Menus
Party trays and menus are ideas to make your entertaining easy. They are for a minimum of 10 guests except for where listed. In some instances, or because of seasonal availability, we reserve the right to make substitutions of same or greater value. When serving other items, small trays serve 10-15 guests, medium trays 15-25 guests, and large trays serve 25-40 guests.

Citrus marinated shrimp; sesame chicken nuggets with duck sauce; open-faced tenderloin sandwiches; roasted vegetables; *mini twice stuffed potatoes; and fresh fruit kebobs
Key West - $26.95 per person
*Lime grilled chicken nuggets; *spinach stuffed mushrooms; asparagus wrapped in Proscuitto; marinated citrus shrimp; *tuna quesadilla wedges; fresh fruit and cheese display with crackers; and pick-up desserts
Beach Favorites - $21.95 per person
*Mini shrimp cakes with cocktail sauce; *spinach and phyllo triangles; mini Smithfield ham biscuits; roasted vegetable skewers; and chilled crab dip with pita chips
Italian Accents - $18.90 per person
*Piquant chicken or *chicken marsala; *wild and long grain rice pilaf; *sautéed broccoli; sliced white and whole wheat bread; and chocolate mousse pie

NOTE: Items that are to be served warm would be packaged for you to brown and/or warm depending on your menu selection. Upon request we may package some of the items already warmed for you.
