Butlered Hors d'oeuvres


Duck on Wonton
Slivers of maple-glazed duck are set a top baked wontons and finished with sour
cherry chutney.

*Fragrant Coconut Saffron Shrimp
An aromatic and brilliantly colored presentation of these large sauteed shrimp.

*Tied Tuna
Petite cubes of fresh tuna are touched with seasonings, tied with a chive and baked to medium. Served with a soy dipping sauce.

*Petite Croque Monsieur with Artichoke
A French bistro classic adapted into a substantial hors d'oeuvre featuring ham, Gruyere cheese, and roasted artichokes in a buttered, grilled and quartered sandwich.

*Baby Lamb Chops
Tender fresh rack of lamb, marinated in virgin olive oil, rosemary and garlic, roasted, and carved into baby chops.

*Wild Mushroom Bouchees
A veggie lovers delight is the best way to describe these small pastry envelopes filled with a delicious sauteed mixture of finely chopped wild mushrooms, fresh herbs, shallots and Fontina cheese.

Tomato and Mozzarella Shortbreads
These delicious, savory biscuits offer a dazzling display of color. The golden brown, Parmesan flavored shortbreads are toped with a round of fresh mozzarella which is in turn toped with a thin slice of cherry tomato. The garnish is just a touch of green pesto, right in the center. Very pretty, very delicious.
